Jessica Kelly Siobhan Reilly Bio

Jessica Kelly Siobhan Reilly is an English actor from the UK. Her role in After Miss Julie, at the Donmar Warehouse (2003 - 2004) was nominated for the Laurence Olivier Award. Her film and television credits include Eden Lake (2008), Sherlock Holmes (2009, and Yellowstone). Reilly was the daughter of Jack Kelly (retired police officer) and Chessington's receptionist mother in the hospital. She attended Tolworth Girls’ School in Kingston in which drama was her GCSE course. Her parents are Irish. Reilly wrote to the producers of the TV drama Prime Suspect to ask for work. Six months later she auditioned for part in an episode of Prime Suspect 4: Inner Circle which was aired on ITV on 7 May 1995. She was the lead character Kathleen Le Saux in 1996's episode of Carlton UK Television's period drama show "Bramwell". A few years later, she appeared as Helen Mirren in the film Last Orders.Her first role as a professional was followed by a series of performances on the English stage. She co-starred with Terry Johnson on four productions which included Elton's Glasses (1997), The London Cuckolds (1998), The Graduate (2000) and Piano/Forte (2006). Johnson composed Piano/Forte for her, and she said, "Kelly is possibly the most natural, dyed deep-in-the bone actress I've worked with." Reilly claims that Karel Resz who directed her in The Yalta Game (Dublin) in 2001 She was the teacher she received the most important aspects of acting. She added, "He was my masterclass." There's no way that I could have had the chance to perform Miss Julie if I hadn't done that play."
